This global consumer e-commerce business has grown from strength to strength and is now at a stage of taking their brand awareness to the next level, therefore the Acquisition Manager role is an integral position in which to reach and identify new customers through performance marketing channels

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to part of a multidisciplinary digital team and you will contribute to the everyday life of the Marketing Team: collaborating with the Community, PR, Ecommerce, Creative Teams, as well as supporting advisors and agencies where needed. 

What will you be doing:

  • Establish and deliver the acquisition strategy 
  • Define relevant KPIs and manage the assigned budget
  • Develop SEO strategy to optimise organic performance
  • Lead paid activity to reach out to cold audiences (Partnerships, Ads, Sponsored Posts, Digital Sampling)
  • Contribute to website optimisation recommendations, and monitor the new traffic flows from reach to engagement
  • Monitor competitors’ activities as well as technological and market trends in the arena of digital advertising and acquisition

What skills do you need:

  • Digital Analytics across platforms including Facebook, Google Adwords and more
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Digital Acquisition Manager 
  • A proven track record of delivering brand and sales growth using both traditional digital channels and tactics as well as new ideas and lateral thinking
