What you'll do
- Delivering highly effective marketing campaigns which deliver investment activity and brand awareness.
- You will support businesses who are running equity crowdfunding campaigns on the company platform.
- Plan, create and execute effective multi-channel direct response marketing campaigns that support businesses that are crowdfunding on the company platform.
- Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring seamless delivery across all channels.
- Manage all aspects of the creative development process, working closely with the design team; creating highly-engaging campaign assets.
- Produce post-campaign reporting.
- Defining and managing campaign marketing budgets.

- Working alongside other company teams; Investment, PR, Investor Relations, Business Development and Legal & Compliance, to ensure campaigns are both highly effective and compliant.
Person specification
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management and digital campaign management.
- An ability to cope well in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple concurrent direct response marketing campaigns at any one time.
- Experience using Google Analytics and analytics tools, including report filtering, data segmentation and creating custom reports.
- The ability to operate autonomously to drive multiple concurrent projects through to completion.
- A degree qualified individual.
- Experience across all marketing channels (online and offline) and a good understanding of the financial services industry.
