My client, an award-winning travel/lifestyle company is looking to recruit a Paid Media Manager to develop, execute and analyse the company’s paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns across all paid media platforms, including paid search, display, programmatic, retargeting, Facebook ads and YouTube. You will apply the best analytic and optimisation techniques to ensure the campaigns consistently deliver results and stay in line with industry developments. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead strategy for a scaling global business in a fast-changing and dynamic arena. 

What will you be doing?

  • Global strategy, execution and optimization of paid digital advertising across PPC, display, programmatic, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
  • You’ll be responsible for owning and leading online advertising across multiple countries and continents
  • Develop and implement bid, keyword, and targeting strategies for paid media, including (but not necessarily limited to) paid social, paid search and display
  • Monitor performance daily, respond as needed and maintain growth in ongoing campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities to drive a higher volume of leads
  • Support creative briefs for landing pages, ad copy and other creative elements needed for campaign execution
  • Track spend and manage up or down to budgeted amounts

What Skills do you need?

At least three years’ experience in delivering successful online advertising campaigns

  • A strong and demonstrable background in online advertising, including PPC, display, retargeting and social
  • Excellent analytical skills with testing experience
  • Good understanding of the latest advertising technologies, including DSPs, DMPs and personalisation tools
  • Experience building in-house media buying teams is a plus
  • International experience is a plus (in particular, running campaigns in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, and Germany)
  • The ideal candidate will have experience at a fast-growing startup as a successful PPC Specialist, Paid Social Manager, Digital Media Manager, Biddable Media Manager, Acquisition & Growth Manager or Digital Marketing Strategist
