Senior CRM Consultant – Mobile Agency

London (Flexible Working)

Award winning digital agency that specialises in mobile and provides services including UA, ASO & CRM to an amazing portfolio of clients including tier 1 consumer brands through to rapid growth start-ups.

The role

You will be helping clients with retention & conversion of app users through channels including push notifications, emails, inbox and in-app messages. You will be driving CRM strategies with the clients and liaising with client product & development teams providing analysis, preparation, campaign & journey execution, reporting and optimisation.

Ideal background

  • Someone with prior agency experience would be helpful
  • Certainly someone who is comfortable with working towards tight deadlines and meeting client needs.
  • Minimum of 3 years + experience in a B2C CRM role
  • Strong experience in data analytics & project management
  • Prior experience of working on mobile apps
  • Strong communication skills and written English
