Over the past 16 years, Mark has helped build some of the recruitment industry’s best-in-class brands. Having spent the last 10 years in board level positions, his experiences to date include helping energise a high-growth brand and take it towards sale; gaining international experience with a FTSE listed company; launching start-ups and, most recently, participating in the successful turnaround of a business.

Mark has spent years networking within marketing circles and, back in early 2013, saw an opportunity to take a specialised approach to meeting the skills shortage in the growing digital economy. His new approach included setting up recruitment teams dedicated to servicing end-to-end digital, including digital marketing, technology, big data, digital creative and design.

Mark is a bit of a sports freak, and lives in Surrey, which explains why he’s such a staunch Manchester United fan. He has three young kids and can often be found escaping to the golf course at 7am on a Saturday morning just to squeeze in a round. Mark also volunteers for his local school as part of the board of governors.
